Rallybird is a free-to-play daily prediction game operated by ProductEyes ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what the game needs to run, we don't sell your data, and you can delete your account, and everything with it, from inside the app at any time.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address, the username you choose, and the profile image you select or upload. If you sign in with Apple, we receive the email Apple shares (which may be a private relay address).
• Gameplay data: your picks, streaks, results, contest entries, and rankings.
• Invites: if you joined with a friend's invite code, we record who invited you so we can show them their invite count.
• Push notification token: a device identifier used to send you notifications you've enabled (pick reminders, results). Managed by OneSignal.
• Usage analytics: events like app opens and picks made, with basic device information, so we can understand what's working. Managed by PostHog.
• Prize claims: if you win a prize, the information you submit to claim it (for example a delivery email or payment handle), used solely to deliver your prize.

What we don't collect

We don't collect your location, contacts, photos (beyond a profile image you explicitly choose), or browsing history. We don't sell your personal information to anyone, and we don't show third-party ads.

What other players can see

Rallybird is a competition: your username, profile image, streaks, rankings, and settled pick history are visible to other players. Your email, live (unsettled) picks, and prize claim details are never shown to other players.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run Rallybird, each receiving only what their function requires: Supabase (database and authentication), Apple (Sign in with Apple), OneSignal (push notifications), PostHog (analytics), and, for future prize payouts, Stripe.

Deleting your data

Open Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently erases your profile, picks, entries, and prizes. Limited records may be retained where required for legal or prize-accounting purposes. You can also disable notifications at any time in Settings.

Eligibility

Rallybird is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update this page and note it in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
